• Currently, she is PhD candidate in the Business Administration Department of the University of Cantabria, where she received a predoctoral fellowship.

Academic experience

• She develops her teaching activities in the Human Resources area. University of Cantabria.

Areas of research and areas of interest

• She belongs to the research group called «Economic Management for Sustainable Development of Primary Sector» (IDES) attached to the University of Cantabria, where she develops her research on issues related to Human Resources Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.

• Particularly, she is specialized in Labor Social Practices of the firms.
